Noise and poor furniture

The hotel is beautiful and its location is excellent. Close to all restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are very helpful. They are there 24/7 to serve you. I thank everyone there for the good service and I highly recommend it Thank everyone Mohammed

Comfortable bed, and nice view from balcony. Friendly receptionists and driver.

Kitchen a bit dirty

Big room like a small apartment, convenient for two people for a short stay. When you enter there is a sitting area, then a small kitchen along with the bathroom and the bedroom with 2 single beds with a balcony to the front side. The hotel is old but at the center of Irbid city. Many shops next to the hotel like super market, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies.

The room gave me the impression that was cleaned but closed and not used for some period of time. It needed a last check before it is given to customers. Some details of missing things to have the room well equipped would be convenient to be added such as: liquid soap, toilet brush

View is very nice

Staff very kind and helpful.
