I love the view from the bedroom and the common areas. It is generally quiet. There is somewhere to heat up meals. It is a convenient drive to restaurants and the main beach.
It was a little cold on the first two days.

Great location, comfortable and awesome receptionist.
TV too far away from the bed. Unable to stream on my portable tablet. Duvet cover not wide enough for the bed. Would have appreciated having our dishes washed rather than having to do them ourselves.
