Great staff. Good breakfast.
The bedding was not the best. The pillow was too soft for my taste.

Perfect location to get to the local shopping centres and also Little Edo.
The foyer is stunning with an excellent cafe.
The room was lovely but not quite the quality of the foyer

I like how clean this Prince Hotel is! Kind staff too.
Parking is a bit difficult. It would be helpful if parking directions were included in the booking description or a message sent from the hotel beforehand.

Great location
Dated & old decor from out of a Stephen King movie. Beds uncomfortable and hard without any padding. Very difficult to have a good rest.
Toilet had smell of saliva and urine.
Dust allergies kicked in.
Evening staff unfriendly and unhelpful.
Morning staff were a delight.
Cakes at cafe were nice.
