Alittle more choice for breakfast but overall was great
I have always booked a river view but was not given this time. Overall it was great as usual.

I read reviews and booked a 6th floor river view room which was wonderful.
Big room , great view , very comfortable bed.
Great location with restaurants, shops etc . practically around the corner.
Some staff had smiles not all.
But I was specifically there for the room , location and view.
The breakfast area was messy , cups and plates grubby , I opted to go around the corner to a lovely cafe for breakfast.
Some staff don’t have customer service skills , lack the ability to smile even when I say Good Morning etc.

Breakfast was good.
The view of the river from our 5th floor was very good.
No wifi in the rooms!
Staff a little slow with requests for room service.

Breakfast is just a farce better make it chargeable.
I did not like anything about the breakfast
