The staff were polite, professional and prompt. Grassy and cozy courtyard. Dining room and full kitchen with hot water and tea. Yoga studio with amenities. On site laundry. Breakfast was freshly made and wide variety of choices. Excellent food. Parking just outside the door. Location easy walk to market and restaurants. Conveniently located to Pisac Archeological Site.

This was my absolute favorite hotel during two weeks in Peru. It felt like an oasis. The courtyard was cheerful and quiet. The view of the mountains was lovely. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The staff was kind and spoke some English. The breakfast was delicious and the best I had at any hotel in Peru. There were lots of options made fresh to order. I recommend the banana pancakes. The dinning room was open at all hours to make tea and hang out. The hotel sells bottled. I would definitely stay here again. I was so glad we stayed for days. Pisac was the most peaceful town we staid at in Peru.
The location is a bit farther from the center. Its only a 5 minutes walk, but it can be a bit confusing if you arrive late afternoon or evening to find the center for dinner since there are no straight paths and you have to learn several turns. The water in the shower took a little longer to heat up than some other hotels in Peru. They don't provide shampoo.

Posizione eccellente. Struttura accogliente. Giardino incantevole… c’era pure un cucciolo di alpaca assieme a due gatti e due cani. Colazione buona e curata.
In camera l’acqua calda della doccia non dura a lungo, è da tenere presente. La colazione richiede un certo tempo perché preparata sul momento, se avete esigenze di orario, chiaritelo bene in reception.
