There is no parking for unloading etc so that was problematic

Needs some tender loving care shower didn’t work properly no soap or conditioner in the provided Dispensers and bedroom a little bit dirty in the corners

Nice cosy room for me and my dog. Comfortable bed and easy check in. Breakfast was fine. A cooked breakfast would have been a plus but I was aware it was 'continental' style ahead of my trip so I was perfectly happy. The location (and the fact it's dog friendly) is the biggest positive for me...so handy after a long walk from the downs.

I was told to pay an extra £50 deposit (??) and I still haven't fathomed out if it has been repaid. Dinner was good. Breakfast was hopeless.
