Well located just outside Xanten on the bike path. Spacious, very cool during hot weather, well-equipped kitchen, friendly, helpful welcomer. Quiet. On-site parking and garage for bikes.
No contact with the owner at any time. We arrived with no information about how to get in and the very nice lady who lives in the same building only spoke German. No instructions or any basic ingredients such as salt and pepper and coffee pods. Terrace not looked after. Sunshade does not provide shade because it is too thin. We didn’t see the landmark view, just a field with horses.

Nice location. Comfortable.
Not 'homely'. The kichen lacked a few essentials such as small sharp kitchen knives.

Great apartment. Nice location. Easy to get in and out. Excellent availability of laundry.
Did not get instructions on how to pick up or drop off keys.

Lots of space
Shower water pressure very low, internet intermittent.
