creo que requierenb de un esquema mas agil de atencion, aunque hay dos personas y una persona que se encarga de entregarte el auto, en ocasiones la espera se prolonga, es cuesti'on de un mejor sustema de ar\tencion
la limpieza del bano creo que podria ser mejor, y otro javon para el bano, solo hay uno, por otra parte tenemos el servicio de las plataformas en television las anuncian pero no hay acceso a ellas, siemnpre te piden que te registres o utlices una personal

La televisión no servia y tardaron en ir a arreglarla, tampoco había teléfono para comunicarse directamente con recepción

La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia. Me gustó que haya aire acondicionado y el amplio escritorio.
La conexión por internet se pone mala por momentos.

The purpose of our trip was to go shopping for the local goods at the market, especially the leather goods. We made good use of the property's vicinity to the local goods market - when we had enough carrying bags we would drop them off that the hotel then head back out for another round of shopping.
The rooms do not have AC which could be an issue but we were still at the time of year where we were able to comfortably sleep with only the ceiling fan. The bed was super hard, which made us miss our mattress at home.

It was economical and in a great location to the leather Zone. I would compare it to a Motel 6, two beds and a bathroom.
In in their advertisement they say they have a shuttle to the airport, which they do not. Also the option to have breakfast, which they do not offer any food. Needs to be updated.

There was no coffee in the room or even in the lobby. Had to go walking for about 3 blocks looking for a cup of coffee early in the morning. I'm an early bird, like my coffee before heading out. Had to get out there in the loud busy street before I wanted to. I did not like that.

no air conditioning. there was a lobby just outdide our window with people talking, would not allow us to sleep. someone smoking marijuana outside our bathroom window and the smell coming into our room. the toilet had no water in the morning. the shower is badly designed. have get wet to turn on water valve. the window in the lobby should be double payned sound proof. curtains for window is very old and in poor condition. will not block out light.

Good location, close to the leather good district, 10-15 walk to the central bus station, and short walk to a lovely promenade into the town center. very quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Modern rooms.
Only one towel (guess we could have asked for another!), and difficult to keep the shower water from going all over the floor. These are small things. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, Plaza del Calzado nearby, shield & bags market few blocks away. Bus station few meters away from the property.
The price is ok for the room

The hotel is attractive and conveniently located near the bus station. It also has CNN as one of the cable channel options. They thoughtfully have water available in the lobby to refill your water bottles.
The large atrium is attractive but very impractical. You can hear everybody else in the hotel. Luckily, parachute rooms for occupied when I was there but the few residents were talking loudly, yelling, whistling, slamming doors etc - I can only imagine what it would be like at full capacity! Also the open atrium makes for very cold nights in the winter and there's no source of heat in the room. Also no extra blankets for the bed just two sheets! I was freezing - had to put on my fleece and long underwear since I was coming down with a cold anyway. I also ran out of toilet paper. Every other hotel I've stayed at had a role in reserve.

I thought it was in a good location, it was clean and modern. I was glad I got a street level room
The description said the room had a safe but it didn't, so I was concerned about my valuables/ money&passport. There was no hot water my first evening and I had to shower with almost lukewarm water. On top of that the hotel provided only one towel. The tile floor was very slippery after a shower. I had to find and buy a small towel to avoid slipping, I'm 72 yo. Even less expensive hotels have shower mats.

Great proximity to the bus station. We arrived late at night and walked there, feeling safe. Amazing cleanliness.

didn’t mention us the hotel does not have any air conditioning and very bad staffing and had a problem with them and took us out of the hotel with yhe police
everything was bad even the staff took us out of the rooms with police and said they were going to give us our money back and we never received no money

A lot of mosquitoes no water and mold growing in the ceiling room 302. No tv remote control and hard time to optain my invoice

very bad experience with this hotel they dont tell you the rooms dont have any aircondioned and then when you claim them for a refund they just make a big problem and call the police and took us out of the rooms and just said we will going yo be refunded and i never did
had a big problem with the manager and we called the police to help us out but we didn’t had the help they are corrupted people and are all together and took us all out of the hotel and did not refunded my money

Location to the leather market was great. Short walk to lots of restaurants. The rooms were clean.
The rooms were small, and we had to ask for towels.
