I had a pleasant experience in this apartment. All the facilities in the apartment were connected and worked well. The location is excellent, close to the city center, which allows for plenty of entertainment, food and drink culture. An attentive and responsible team that gives a feeling of personal and caring treatment

It was clean & as described. The bedding was good with nice linen. Nothing to cause any disappointment through out.

A bit of noise from local establishments at night, but it was Christmas when I stayed. So, not a surprise.

The Staff were very nice and helpful as much as they could be, and the area was very convenient even though not the nicest place to be.

The apartment was disgustingly dirty. Thick layer of sticky dust on top of any picture frame or door frame etc.. There was black mold in the linen closet ceiling around a leak that dripped onto the spare blanket stored in there. All of the picture frames were bowed I can only assume due to damp. Black mold in the bathroom ceiling. The sofa bed was the most disgusting thing I have come across in a while. An old vomit brown thing stained from left to right, top to bottom with various patches of God knows what. Then you pull out the bed and the dried out leftovers of a previous guests takeaway spring off of the mattress toward you. Furthermore I feel like the companies advertisement on booking.com is slightly misleading. In the ad it says the following: "This modern apartment features 1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin room, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan lounge with a dining area and fold-up bed. The contemporary bathroom includes a bath and a shower. A 42-inch Smart TV and a DVD player." But! If you book the "Superior Apartment" as I did, it is actually a one bed (double) apartment with no bath. In fairness it does state that in the description for the particular room option, but I didn't look at that since I was in a bit of a rush and assumed I had already found a two bed apartment as per the previous description I had read. So I was very disappointed to arrive at a one bed flat and find no bath for the tot either. Partially my fault for not looking close enough, but I think you should make it clear in the option title it is a one bed flat since your front page description says two bed apartments and your "Superior Apartment" is actually inferior to all your other offerings. The lounge and kitchen was a good size, and the bathroom was ok enough, decent shower pressure. But the bedroom was tiny, the small double bed basically filled the entire room with a foot or less between the wall and the bed on both sides.

Excellent location in Belfast City centre .Shops and dining all a short walk .Apartment was perfect for our trip 2 bedrooms and large comfortable sofa bed in living room. Clean and tidy with everything you need also has free alocated parking space a bonus in any City centre..

Great central location, walkable to the city center. Very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals.

Location was excellent. Apartment spacious and comfortable. Beds particularly comfortable. Parking space an essential. Nice leaving a bottle of wine and nibbles. Appreciated. Walked into town most days from the apartment and it was a great base to travel out to the North and West.

Minor things really. TV Remote didn't work, found another TV Remote down the side of the settee. It didn't work either. I worked the TV from the onboard switches. A small coffee table would be an asset. Having to put your drinks on the floor is not good. Toilet seat seems very high. My ladies feat couldn't touch the ground. Otherwise all good.

Not much room to walk round the bed room and I small person. Sofa could do with a clean or replace . Fresh coat of paint and new rag ... A bit hard. But

When I called and emailed, someone from the office responded quickly. When we arrived it had not been cleaned. Someone came right away. There was a park and shops around the corner which were convenient for emergency toilet paper!

The location is not in a desirable area. The streets were dirty and derelict houses. The flat smelled badly. There was no toilet paper or hand soap so we had to go out to buy them. The shower wall moved so water went all over the floor. The floors were warped so the vinyl floor was uneven and we hurt our feet. I would not recommend this property.
