Very spacious with absolutely everything you need for a self catering stay. Owner is fantastic and made our stay extra special with some food and wine on our arrival as well as bottled water and juice in the fridge and a full fruit bowl. Views are incredible. There is a local taverna and beach cafe just a few meters away. Perfect walk into town - 20 minutes light walk. Very sad to leave

The location was fabulous - close to Lepeda beach (maybe 200 metres walk) which is lovely with beach bar, clear water and golden sand. Also quick drive into Lixouri which is great for shopping and dinner out - really beautiful and atmospheric in the evening. We visited lots of other fabulous beaches - favourites being Petani (for sunset) and Xi (for Watersports). The pool was great - it’s shared with the other apartment but there’s plenty of room and some shady spots at all times of day. There are 3 levels - basement level where the owners live, ground level and then upstairs apartment. We stayed in the ground floor. The owners were friendly and super helpful. They made some delicious meatballs for my 17 year old son one evening when he stayed at the apartment rather than joining us for dinner one night!! The apartment itself had everything we needed and amazing sea views across to Argostoli. Beautiful setting in olive groves with lots of space. Air con in 2 of 3 bedrooms and main room - fan in third bedroom which kept it comfortably cool for sleeping.

The apartment was fine for us. Would note that there are no pictures on the website of the bathroom in our flat and this is small and fairly basic with no windows as per previous review. We did not have a problem with this - the shower works fine - plenty of hot water at a good pressure so we were happy. Generally the apartment could do with a lick of paint / refresh in a few areas to feel “luxury” but it’s clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Location was brilliant. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach a short stroll from property with beach cafe and a lovely restaurant. The town was very nice with lots of cafes and restaurants and some nice clothing shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Self contained apartment in a beautiful location outside Lixouri. There is a very large garden & lovely sea views.

Good communication beforehand. Payment arrangements straightforward. We hired a car from the airport and caught the ferry to Lixouri. Journey was smooth and apartment easy to find after we got off the ferry. Warm welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Stayed in the upstairs apartment which did not disappoint and had fabulous views. Few minutes stroll to Lepeda beach and local tavernas. Great base for exploring the Paliki peninsula which has lots of beautiful unspoiled beaches. Would certainly stay again.

After 32 years of visiting Lixouri this is by far the best accommodation we have ever used. Just yards from lepeda beach set in its own grounds with amazing views if it’s peace and quiet you are looking for this is the ideal accommodation. We had the top floor of the villa two bedrooms kitchen and bathroom everything you could possibly need is catered for within the villa. We would highly recommend this villa
