Perfect location. Easy to meet other people at hostel.
The family room I booked was very stuffy with very little ventilation, and with no proper windows.

I had a fantastic stay at Surf Hostel. Great atmosphere, friendly people, and very welcoming staff. It’s clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to meet fellow travelers and enjoy Batumi.
Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers. Would definitely stay here again!

nice staff, AC, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, lockers in the room, 10 minute walk to the beach
no railing on the top bunk, receptionist couldn’t find the key to my locker so i had to use a small one in the hallway, you have to put the bedsheets on the bed by yourself, four bathrooms with shower + toilet + sink which means that while four people are showering (which happens a lot when you’re close to the beach) nobody can use the toilet in the meantime

The location is central and close to the center you can walk to the attractions easily. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I specifically requested the lower bunk bed before coming and when i arrived they offered me an upper bed the upper bed is so short that you can’t even sit in the bed feels claustrophobic and the charging port was broken with the socket hanging out of the wall and it was dangerous for anyone to touch. Checkin time was supposed to be 1pm but i received my bed around 7pm after socket repair. I arrived at 4pm
