Nearby the bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money with excellent breakfast! Very good and comfortable bed.
Rooms need to be renovated and plumbers may do some repairs.

Nice place with a good room right in the centre of Arusha. Staff were very friendly. The noise didn’t bother us as I’ve seen in other reviews. Hot shower

Very good breakfast and served in time, the staff are friendly and provide the necessary information when contacted.
The bathroom has hot water all the time as desired by us, it's located in the middle of the town with easy assessibility

Wi-Fi is not working; the socket is very broken and can be dangerous to charge electronics with; the window is not sound proof so it can be very noisy as the hotel is close to busy streets and mosque

The staff was awesome so friendly and helpful. It will be my top spot in my next biz trips in Arusha. So will i also recommend to my collegue.

Staff is pretty great, welcoming and accommodating . Location right in the center. For the really good price you do get a decent stay. No frills or thrills.

Really cheap. Very near of famous Khan's BBQ. In the middle of all activities (market, mosque).
The people in center area and around market are really annoying with tourist, not so great to walk around.
