The staff were incredibly friendly, and even though we don't speak Portuguese, we all made it work. The property is really beautiful and has everything you could need, including a great gym and spa. We visited in the low season and the vibe of the hotel was extremely chill. They were super helpful and arranged transportation for us whenever we wanted to leave the property for dinner. It's kid friendly, although I wouldn't call it a kids' hotel, which we liked. The food at the restaurant was good, though the menu was a bit limited.
We had no wifi in our room for the first few days, but then half way through the trip they installed wifi and it worked great. Other than that, it was perfect!
