Great location right on the beach with nice views. The territory is beautiful, green, and well-maintained. Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice pool area. The food at the restaurant was varied and delicious.

Alle Mitarbeiter, bei der Rezeption angefangen, über den Service bis hin zum Housekeeping waren jederzeit wirklich sehr nett und bemüht und haben immer gegrüßt. Das Abendessen war unglaublich gut, wir haben wirklich jeden Tag extrem gut gegessen! Frühstück war auch sehr vielseitig und abwechslungsreich - sind immer gut satt geworden! Das Hotel liegt direkt beim Strand und man hat gratis einen Schirm und zwei Liegen dabei - bei uns im September waren viele Liegen frei und man musste sich somit morgens gar keinen Stress machen! Allgemein ist die Lage sehr gut - man kann mit dem Zug bis Zambrone Bahnhof fahren und von dort für 15€ mit dem Taxi 5 min noch zum Hotel. Auch Tropea kann man für 20€ pro Richtung mit dem Taxi in nur 10 min. erreichen - das Taxi wurde immer von der Rezeption für uns organisiert und das hat sehr gut funktioniert! Das Wasser ist türkisblau, man sollte aber unbedingt Wasserschuhe mitnehmen, da am Strand sowie im Wasser viele Steine sind!

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer sollte dringend saniert werden - die Dichtung bei der Tür war total desolat sowie die Silikonverfugung schimmlig.

The views of the ocean and beach from the main areas were beautiful. I thought they did a great job with the meal buffets and table arrangements, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful during meals. It was also wonderful to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels included in the price. The beach directly outside the property was well-maintained and provided a relaxing place to spend the day. I also liked the chairs and tables placed throughout the property, although some areas of the grounds could use additional maintenance and attention. The staff at the café was excellent and very attentive. We really enjoyed stopping there for drinks and snacks.

The property was more remote than we expected. The photos made it appear livelier and more centrally located than it actually was. We were also not informed about the construction taking place at the property, so that was an unexpected surprise. Access to the property was somewhat challenging, as there was only a single dirt road leading in and out. The gate system could also be improved. Upon arrival by car, we were not provided with a remote or a gate code. We had to get out of the car, wait for someone to respond, and then ask for the gate to be opened. This process was inconvenient and also left us uncertain about how secure the property was. The villa itself was clean and modern, although it felt a little dark because of the shades. We opened them to bring in more natural light. The porch and several other areas could benefit from updating. The grounds, in particular, did not appear to be regularly maintained and required considerable attention.
