Latitude 17 è situato sul South Finger più favorevole a Jolly Harbour, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima e lunga spiaggia di sabbia bianca dove sono offerti sport acquatici tra cui sci nautico, biciclette d'acqua e moto d'acqua. Sulla spiaggia si trova Castaways Restaurant Rum e Wine Bar, dove è possibile gustare un cocktail mentre si guarda il tramonto. Offrono anche un servizio in spiaggia per cibo e cocktail e l'uso delle loro sedie a sdraio con ombrelloni.
La villa è disposta su due piani ed è completamente climatizzata, con ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere, Wi-Fi e zanzariere. L'acqua della nostra villa viene filtrata e disinfettata con luce UV. Al piano terra si trova un open space, cucina completamente attrezzata e un ampio salone confortevole con TV via cavo. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice in loco a un costo aggiuntivo. La zona giorno conduce ad un patio parzialmente coperto con tavolo e sedie. Al piano superiore due ampie e ariose camere da letto. La camera da letto lato porto ha un letto king size e accesso a un balcone con posti a sedere all'aperto per gustare un caffè mattutino o un cocktail serale. La camera da letto sul lato anteriore ha un letto REGINA. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato con doccia a mano e soffione a pioggia.

This Villa is better than its pictures! Everything was immaculate. Loved the spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living area & powder room on the Main Level with the 2 bedrooms & their own private full bathrooms on the Upper Level. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The grocery store was a short 6-7 minute walk. (Reusable grocery bags are provided by host.) Both beds & sofa were extremely comfortable! Plenty of beach towels & chair clips provided along with bath towels. The back deck w/double sliders is awesome! Enjoyed spending evenings sitting outside, looking at the stars in the night sky. No need to use A/C w/ceiling fans on both levels and the nice breeze coming in from off the water with the open sliders! Jolly Beach is a 2 minute walk from the front door. Our boat excursion left out of Jolly Harbor with the pickup/dropoff spot on the dock next to the community pool…4-5 minute walk from Latitude 17! Overall, great stay & incredibly convenient location as no need for a car our whole trip! We felt very safe staying at Jolly Harbor. Jenny, Latitude 17’s property manager, quickly responded to our questions when we first arrived and arranged for our best taxi ride to the airport!! From making the reservation on Vrbo to following up once we returned home, Bill (the host/owner) could not have been more helpful and responsive. You will not regret selecting Latitude 17 for your next Vrbo stay in Antigua!!! Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Lat 17 is a clean, well-managed unit with a nice view of the "Indian".

Easy to relax!
Newly renovated Latitude 17 makes it easy to relax. Clean and comfortable. Jolly Harbour has all the amenities close by...beach, beach bars, restaurants, groceries, car rental, water activities, pool, tennis, squash or you can do absolutely nothing at all.

Excellent time
Spent over a week at this property and we had a great time. Short walk to beach, bars, restaurants and food shop. Not too far to north beach either. On a more adventurous walk we made it to dark wood beach and ffryes beach as well. No issues with getting taxis to other destinations either. Even tried out the local tennis courts and coach as well. Never made it to the newly opened swimming pool but it was always busy when we walked past.

We had an amazing stay at Latitude 17 in dec 2019. The unit is freshly renovated and it truly felt like home. It was just steps away from the beach (south beach) making it very convenient for us. We traveled with our 5 month old.

Excellent stay
The property is newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous. Jolly Harbour is a super vacation area with a grocery and restaurants close by. The beach a few minute walk and wonderful.
Jenny the property manager is a gem and there for any help you need.

Venice of Antigua
Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend / great value for the price. The place needs some renovation but location could not be better, walk to store, restaurants and truly only 3 min to great beach (go far right and stay under trees). We loved sitting on the porch and conversing with great neighbors and watching the yachts go in and out. Folks you can not do better for the money. Brian thanks and also thanks to Jenny who is a gem.

Our second year in 229F - and another wonderful holiday.
The villa is perfect for us - location is close to beach for all important morning swim - view of marina - not far from supermarket - lots of restaurants - and, when staying in, a well equipped kitchen plus a gas BBQ on the terrace. All the appliances worked and we relaxed and felt comfortable. Also, most important, the manager Jenny, was efficient and friendly fixing everything we could need from a golf cart for buzzing round the marina to a good dentist! Sadly she also booked the taxi to the airport on the last day - but we have been telling everyone what a great time we had.

Great place to stay in Antigua!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa 229F in Jolly Harbour. Upon our arrival we met Jenny who was fantastic. She showed us around the villa and informed us about what the area has to offer. She wanted us to have an enjoyable stay and offered to help us in any way she could. There was even a phone provided to keep in contact with her if there were any queries.
We liked the open floor plan of the villa and its full kitchen amenities. It was comfortable, clean and fully air conditioned. Also enjoyed the beautiful view from both upper and lower balconies
overlooking the water, watching the boats sail by and looking at the mountains in the
background outlining the sleeping Indian.
The villa is just a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach with turquoise waters and watersport activities. There is also a grocery store called Epicurean that is close by, as well as,
numerous restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.
Overall, we had a great stay and we were very happy!
Thank you, Bill and Jenny, for a great experience! We would definitely recommend and stay here again…

Beautiful villa right next to the Harbour with everything you need for a great stay!
This Jolly Harbour villa is fantastic! A small but comfortable spot with all the amenities you need for a great stay. All the rooms have A/C which was incredibly enjoyable when you want to escape the heat and rest for a while.The back patio is nestled into the Harbour, and is great for lounging and enjoying the view of the water and mountains in the background. The location is perfect; it’s a 3 minute walk to Castaways, a beautiful beach with an outdoor bar and restaurant. It’s a wonderful spot to explore on your first day through your last. The local supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, which has everything you could want, from food and drinks to soap and toothpaste. It really helps if you forget to bring something! I could not recommend this villa enough, it made my experience that much better. Thank you Bill Montgomery for having us and always making sure we had everything we need! Truly, if you are considering staying here, do it!!

Great apartment in an ideal location!
We spent 10 days in Jolly Harbour and found it to be the best location on the island!
When we arrived we were met by Jenny who showed us around the apartment and told us everything we needed to know about Jolly & Antigua. The apartment was very clean and well kept and came equipped with everything we needed including beach coolers to take lunch/drinks down to the beach.
The balcony was fantastic for morning sunshine whilst eating breakfast and hanging out in the evenings playing cards and the BBQ was used almost everyday!
We had family also staying on the island over in English Harbour and spent our time half and half but I have to say you cant beat Jolly Beach! Absolutely beautiful, we were there at the start of "off season" and so the beach was also peaceful and not too busy.
We had the best time in Antigua and I know will be back there one day soon and wouldn't hesitate to stay in Jolly Harbour again and this apartment!

The perfect holiday rental
We had a fabulous stay in this villa in Jolly harbour, the whole process from booking to sadly returning home could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Tessa and Jenny were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were helpful above and beyond what you would expect. The villa really is in a prime location in Jolly harbour and has everything you could wish for to make for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The kitchen facilities, quality of furnishings, comfort of beds and information provided to make the best of your stay were all five star. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here and will be booking our next stay very soon.
