Cosy house, beautifully decorated for our family Christmas holiday. Close to amenities and walks. Lovely views of the river & bridge. Everything you need for a comfortable home-from-home holiday.
Nothing!

Extremely clean with everything you need. It was in a good location to explore North Devon. Brand new playground around the corner for little ones and a short walk into town along the estuary.
Biddeford had lots of places that accepted dogs if you wanted a drink but not many eateries were dog friendly.

The property had Everything we needed from comfy beds to a welcome pack, it was also central to many different locations and had a great view of the river which made for a very relaxing stay.
