Location was close to beach and main strip. The property has a front gate and security which was nice as Jaco is not the safest area, however this resort felt very safe. Gate attendants even called me a taxi and warned me not to walk out at night through a sketchy area.

Everything was great. Very happy with the stay.

perfect location, very clean, all the employees from guards, cleaning staff to the gardeners were always pleasant, willing to help in any way and such hard workers! there is tucans, macaws and so much wild beautiful life right out your door. thank you all so much

The place was great if you are looking for quiet and safety place The apartment is very comfortable and it has nice view of nature. It is close to main town and beach.

The unit was filthy. The gate agents did not give us the sign-in code so we had to walk back to get it. They also did not give us the internet code = another walk back to the gate. This was all at 10pm after a long day travel. The bathroom was disgusting-hair around the shower and toliet, the toliet paper roll holder coming out of the wall. Ceiling crywall tape rippered and exposed. Stains on comforter and sheets. Refridgerator rusted outside and inside on shelves. No one spent any money in years to fix the place up. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
