Great location and a quieter street for Mumbai standards. Building has an old world charm to it and the staff are really helpful. Breakfast was basic but fine for what we needed. The sheets/bed linen could do with updating - very small and old. The air con was also incredible loud so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!
Loud air con and old bed linen.

Camera molto spaziosa e personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura è abbastanza ben mantenuta. Posizione ottima.
La struttura è l'infrastruttura sono datate. Gli infissi lasciano fessure da cui possono entrare le zanazare, anche se io ne ho vista una sola.

Fab location, plenty of character, easy on budget. And there is a very nice elevator.
My room was a bit tiny! I didn’t like the fact that there were no bottles of either mineral water or filtered water to drink. Since I didn’t want to chance the tap water, I had to boil water in the kettle and let it cool before having any water to drink.

Quirky hotel in a great location near Gateway of India.
We found insects on the beds of 2 of the rooms.
Hotel and booking.com need to interface better re room numbers. We were 8 people so booking.com made us book 4 rooms - they each had either 2 or 3 double beds so we would only have needed 2!
Only 1 of our 4 rooms was en-suite - the rest had a bathroom down the hallway which was open to people entering during the night.
