Hotel el Pinar

A very friendly welcome and great facilities. Our pet dog was made very welcome and the lift was useful as our dog struggles with stairs now but the view from the second floor balcony was lovely.

There was a bright street light outside so we had to close the shutters although we would prefer to have the fresh air. Not the fault of the hotel but unfortunate.

The quiet and peaceful place. Free parking. I think the upper rooms have a better view. The hotel is very well kept, clean, new and nice staff.

Very comfortable beds and good size room with the balcony. Close to the Puerto de Vega village. Very quiet and with nice views. Good size parking.

We have chosen this accommodation as there was a breakfast option offered for a few euros. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that there is no breakfast or dinner available as it was a low season and that we can buy a coffee from the machine in their restaurant which was set with ready tables and we could see baskets prepared for breakfast in the kitchen. Very disappointing and a waste of a very nice restaurant. They said that they know that on the website there is a breakfast option available... We have paid as well price which was outlined on the reception wall as in high season and for family room which we didn't have. I would definitely not stay there again.
