Assistance was rather rude because we were 10 minutes early! We were told that the rooms were NOT ready (only 10 minutes before arrival time). We still had to get there which would take 15-20 minutes anyway. Then when we did arrive (14h20), the towels were still in the dryer and the room was very hot from the dryer being on.

The apartment is beautiful and the views are amazing. The building is private and the car park is secure. We felt this was really comfy and there was everything we could need for a relaxing stay. It was right in the marina and there was easy access to the boardwalk resturants and bars.

The check in was confusing as the shop you have to find to get the keys isn't numbered clearly and it's not apparent as a tour/travel shop. I think it was a shoe shop or something - I was quite tired by this point!

The location also wasn't a great location! This was because of the noise of the gate into the complex which opened and closed even if pedestrians used the other gate, 50m away to enter the complex, which meant it went all through the night. The noise was so loud it woke us every time and I'm a deep sleeper. Also the noise of the toilet flushing and the shower above us was louder than the one in our apartment!

This was our forth time staying at Knysna Quays Accommodation and it was great, as always. Will always go back there. This specific unit (13) is very nice too.

The specific unit's main bathroom has a shower in the bath with no screen. Water was all over the place. Since most people lately prefer to shower, I would have suggested to remove the bath and install a nice walk-in shower. That would be wonderful! Apart from that, the unit is fantastic!
