Quartos pequenos sem boa ventilação, sem serviço, sem geleira e usa- se caneca para lavar rabo, não tem choverinho e champô nas casas de banho usa se sabão, almofada invadida, não tem colherinha para chá ou café. Pequeno almoço super pobre.

The location is right at the CBD which is fine. We booked this for my sister and our cousin brother with his gf since apartments were now full where we had stayed. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The rooms looked neat and clean
In one of the rooms we booked which was 313 the plugs were not working and there was no hot water. They had to change to room 305 which also had problems with the doors not locking from the inside. The breakfast was not up to standard

The reception team are lovely and super helpful. Whether is showing you where to change cash, eat or grab local transport, they were always willing to help. The breakfast as well was fantastic and I wish they served lunch and dinner too!

The bathroom was dilapidated and also the ac wasn't as effective. My son didn't enjoy watching tv as the only kidz channel was boring and the language wasn't accommodative

Room, I have booked for a double bed and I was given two single beds. Further more the room shares the door with the other room, you could here other people on the other room talking, which is not right.

The location
My room was smaller than it looks in the pictures on Booking.com. On one of the nights, there was a power outage throughout the night which was unbelievable as I have never experienced this before.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the place was well kept. Definitely value for money.
They only have cash and card payment option on site. We were also charged a different (higher) price at the place than what was charged on the app and when this was raised we were told " they don't use online payments or charges" which didn't make sense since they advertised with a price on the app which should be the same charge on site.

The place is absolutely clean we don't have anything to complain about we were actually happy the stay was short just wished if the business deal was to be extended🤪🙈 Just a naughty complain the breakfast should be twisted a Lil bit . But my hubby really enjoyed your ox liver 👌😋😋finger licking for sure. Keep it up

The breakfast had no pao (local bread) only sliced bread as a visitor I would like to eat something differently from home I asked they said they would provide the following day in all my 3days stay I didn't get the pao

we couldn’t go on the set dates and wish to go there on the other dates but the hotel management is not prepared to help us.
They debited my account for around R14 000,00 and the management of the hotel is not prepared to listen to why we couldn’t come on the set dates.

We enjoyed the location. It is an easy stopover place while being in Maputo. The staff was very helpful.
The facilities probably need a makeover especially the Bathroom. The breakfast was very basic and could include more options.
