The WiFi was good, they carry our bags when we enter and also when we leave. The room gets cleaned every day. Water is hot. The hotel is closer to kfc and others. The stuff is friendly
They didn’t have a fridge that was disappointing

The breakfast was generally good. The locaation within the city is excellent and the security was perfect. I would highly recommend it to others. Resturants and other shops within walking distance, good!
I hope they can have more variety in the breakfast set up. Perhaps also improve the bathrooms, bring in and upgrade to modern times. Elevators working well though.

For the money we paid honestly we could not expect more, convenient for 1 day sleepover. breakfast not bad as well for the price we paid. Wifi was working and the receptionist was welcoming. price is reasonable.
loadshedding happened while at the hotel and there was no generator but i gues its a national problem.
