The location was perfect, right in the centre, but the street itself was lovely and quiet. 2 min from the main attractions. There was a stunning garden where you could relax and take your drink to (there was a fresh water, tea and coffee corner which was extremely pleasant to use). Breakfast was excellent, with fresh beverages made to order, proper coffee. The staff was great. We will be returning.

The location is perfect! You live right in the city center! Everything at Citta alta is walkable. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and they had really tasty breakfast!
The only thing we didn't like was that even though you have your own bedroom and bathroom (outside of the bedroom, which may be inconvenient sometimes) you basically share the common area with guests in another bedroom. In our case, they were very noisy, and we didn't get to sleep very well.
Also, the check-in process may be a little bit complicated for some guests (in our case, we did it easily)

the only positive was the room - roomy clean and comfortable with good bathroom
a bit querky! No welcoming recepetion just a self-service computer screen with 3 x security codes for entry/check-in/access to bedroom. Only saw one member of staff and that was at breakfast!
