Absolutely shocking

Definitely the rooms are very badly ventilated and smell of cigarettes. Also, the picture I sent was the picture after the room was cleaned.

Good location, quiet and clean. Modern wide apartments. Sofa is comfortable to sleep. Free parking. Close to great local restaurant Vidovdan and to Big shopping mall.

Internet connection is not stable, and massage chair didnt worked for us.

I recommend everyone to read what we experienced in this hotel. As soon as we had arrived room my wife went to bathroom and i started laying out the clothes into wardrobe and my kids ( 6 and 8) opened tv to watch cartoon and there was PORN MOVIE on tv as soon as they open it. My son said; "Daddy, can you look at TV, what are these people doing?" I was shocked when i saw it. I changed the channel but next 5 channels were PORN CHANNELS too. I continued changing channels until I find a cartoon and finally I found it and I took the remote with me and immediately left the children and continued to lay out the clothes. It was a complete disgrace. In fact, the disgrace started as soon as we arrived the hotel. We arrived to the hotel with 5 cabin size luggages after 6 hours driving car from macedonia. Room was at 4th floor. Anyone didnt help for carring our 5 luggages. I and my wife carried our 5 luggages to the room in 4th floor. When we arrived to the room we met with porn channel disgrace. Next morning after breakfast i had a bad news on phone about my business and I involuntarily raised my voice to my colleague on the phone. Just then, a staff of the hotel walked up to me while I was on the phone and gestured me to shut up with disrespectful gestures. That was total disrespect and rudeness... After i completed my phone conversation i went to reception and asked to speak with the manager of the hotel. Date was 5th April at 10:00 am. She said that she is the manager of the hotel. I said after porn scandal and rude staff I dont want to stay at this hotel one day more and i wanted refund for my next day and she was also incredibly disrespectful and rude. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. I will definitely make the necessary complaints to the Serbian Ministry of Tourism, the Serbian Hoteliers Association and the Turkish Commercial Counselor.

The hygiene in the room was on a really low lever. The toilet was not cleaned from the previous guests and from the last use. There were steins on the bad sheet from body fluids

Close to the center and some cultural attractions. Spacious room, enough for a family with two kids. The beds are comfortable for a nice sleep.

The beds are not classic ones, but a mattress on top of a mattress, and the bedding is not adequate for such a bed. A newer set of towels and bed linen would be desirable, but all in all, satisfactory.
