the lady in charge was super nice, very responsive, very accommodating. she also gave me very detailed and timely advice and recommendations for sightseeing activities and restaurants. she helped me designed a plan and the best route for my visiting of multiple places in limited days. her plan and recommendations plus map are extremely helpful. i basiclly followed her instruction :-) it worked out great.

Posizione perfetta, stanza molto grande e pulita. Per la colazione trovi tutto direttamente in camera (cereali, latte, marmellate, miele, caffè, ecc) così da potertela preparare in autonomia e all’ora che vuoi. Camera silenziosa e letto molto comodo

We really liked the location of the room. Really near a tube and easy access to central station. About a 15 minute walk to the Spanish steps too and to see the main sites. The breakfast provided did the job and the sheets and towels were clean. Great communication. We asked for 2 more pillows and got a quick response. Good coffee near by. A quiet, affordable room which I really would recommend to friends.
My husband is tall so the shower was tight.
The walls needed a new lick of paint and possibly some updated furniture. I felt the bathroom could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner. It was ok but I appreciate a super clean bathroom on entrance.

It is an old building and room is like an old flat on old building... Staff (Emília) is very kind person. Everything works perfect
Breakfest could be a bit better with some fresch bread, fresch fruits and some cheese for example. Bread is very artificial.
