Me and my boyfriend have been backpacking for over 4 months in SE asia and this is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. I would not even want my dog to stay here.
The hotel is very disorganised, we were given a room that had clearly not been cleaned since the last guest (bed not made, towels on floor etc), so we had to go back down to reception to sort. The room we were given was very dirty, there was ants crawling everywhere, the walls were filthy, bedding didn’t smell clean. The furniture in the room is very old and damaged.
But the worst thing was the smell of the bathroom. It smelt like horrible drains mixed with urine. The floor was also very dirty and there is mould in the shower and by the sink.
We are so disappointed as in the photos it looks like a lovely hotel but in reality it is incredibly rundown and the service is lacking.

Haviam muitas formigas no quarto, até em nossa cama, o banheiro bem precário.

Phòng không được sạch sẽ, nội thất cũ; cách âm cực kỳ kém, âm thanh từ xe cộ và khách phòng khác rất ồn khiến mình không thể ngủ được, điều khiển điều hòa hư. Nói chung là trải nghiệm tệ

Phòng hơi cũ và mùi ẩm cảm giác hơi bẩn.
Ga giường mùi cũ , cần cải thiện.
Dưới gầm giườg rất bụi. Phòng vệ sinh không có thêm cuộn giấy vệ sinh. Cửa phòng tắm khép không chặt được.

Nice room for small money! Enjoyed the hotel-comfort after many nights in dorms a lot! As they're in the post-covid-starting-phase they offer their rooms for small money - that's fair. Had a side-view to the river from my window. Comfortable bed, small bedside lamp. Location is not really in a touristic area, that's okay - you can easily take a grab to get there - if you want to go there. Starbucks only a few minutes away : )
Huge stains on the curtains, bathroom needs a renovation! Actually everything needs to be renovated.
They smoked in the hallway - there was an ashtray, somehow the smoke got in my bathroom through the ventilation.
Staff doesn't speak English (except one guy who is only sometimes at the reception) so they can't help you with anything.
At the end the room key card didn't work.

the building is very old and not in good maintenance.
a lot of things are broken or not working. we booked 3 family rooms river view added extra beds, then they said the booking system was overbook so one room will be city view.
when we check in they added us a double room not extra beds so we got total 4 rooms.
1 room hotwater not working and the windows can not lock bcs the locker was broken. we can see a lot of fallen hair in the pathtub bcs they didnt clean it.
1 room the inside aircon didnt work so we open the living room aircon instead.
the lobby and elevator floor are also very old.

The location was great, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
The bathroom wasn't exactly cleaned. There was a plastic piece on the shower from the previous guests, and the bathroom ceiling was dripping water (we had to use the basket, so the water wouldn't drop on the floor). It looks very different from the photos, which makes it misleading.

Room was clear. Hotel has free parking. Staff is friendly . Location is good
They charge for still water in mini. So if you want additional water, you need to ask it on the desk, which is kind of strange

Ceiling leaking, dusty room make us move to another room. Room smell too strong with cheap ferfume smell. after change room, i had sink stuck, had to fix it myself

The price was very good, and the location was pretty decent!
The room was in pretty bad shape, and could use some small fixes like a coat of paint or bed side table replacement/touch up, and so on. but what really got me was how dirty the room was. It felt like the high traffic surfaces were cleaned, but the rest had never been touched.
The bathroom was fuuulll of mold, the mirror had splatters all over it, the corners of the room had a lot of visible dust and there were stray hairs everywhere. The room could have REALLY used a deep clean. The only thing that felt clean were the bedsheets and toilet (thank god!).
Wouldnt stay here again, even for the low price i got!

The staff are very friendly! Even though there was a language barrier they were very helpful to me. The room was great value for money. The corridors could do with a freshen up but I thought the room was done well and clean.
The window didn't seal shut and being in a river view room means being on the road. It wasn't that noisy for me as I live in a city but it's worth considering.

A bit hard to use the bathtube as a shower without pouring water in the whole bathroom.
Provided snacks in the room were not marked with prices so suggested to be free but they were not.
Windows did not really close so you could hear the traffic as if they were open.
