We stayed in the room with balcony. The room was very clean, the property is on a very nice street near Little Sofia Mosque. The balcony was great, overlooking the Mosque, the garden, and you can also see a little bit of the sea. Communication with the host was very good. Ugur answered all our questions and was very prompt and helpful. He also helped us book some attractions that we wanted to attend. Totally recommend.

Superb location, very close to bus stop from and to airport.
Very close to Hagia Sophia. Very clean room, super nice host :)
Lovely stay, you can even see the Bosphorus from the balcony.
Value for money amazing, definitely recommend!
Bear in mind, although great location, across the street from hotel is a mosque, so be prepared to very loud prayers at night or early in the morning. They are quite short, but it is an interesting experience.
