Really poor air conditioning system, especially at the lobby.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff were as good as it can get. High praise from me, a former hotel F&B Manager in Guam. I tried my best to find any fault and came away with just a suggestion to check on the toilet tank refilling a bit slow. Otherwise it's a 9/10.
Nothing was not to my liking. Other than the slow toilet tank refill, everything was awesome.

arrival wasn't so nice.
Staff locked the entry door where you can roll your luggage or go to the reception with a wheelchair up a ramp.

the location is great. near shops easy access to it. friendly staff and nice food.
the cleanliness in the room and specifically the bathroom isn’t high. the shower stall glass pane was dirty. the flooring isn’t fully clean. and the airconditioning had a broken flap in it. other than that no complaints about the room.

I didn't like that the parking is outside the hotel premises but it's ok. More than that the experience is quite excellent.

Proximity to almost all places. You can just walk around. Value for money.
The stairs to the room instead of a pathway. Though the staff are very friendly to assist and bring the bags but it would be a hassle for people of determination, family with kids and those travelling in a group.
The option for breakfast is limited. Recommend to have a small buffet type of breakfast serving local foods.

The AC was cold and the hot water came in quickly
our room was far from the elevator and we had to step down some steps to reach it.
the coffee that came with the free breakfast was EXTREMELY WATERED DOWN.

There were no complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Even though there was a kettle and cups.
They asked for a written review, form is provided but no pen.
My wife and I tripped on the small step/ 1 centimeter between the floor bathroom and living room. It is very dangerous and painful.

I like the bed, it is very soft, I had just a very good sleep. The food also is good. the location is strategic, close to church & other restaurants. The staff are very accommodating & always wear a Happy Face..
There's no mirror in the bedroom , the mirror is only in the bathroom

hotel was clean and decent to stay!
I’ve (2)hours to check in and the restaurant staff needed more training on how to handle food, no show of interest, no smile, standing and no assist. we had to get there attention to get something! overall your hotel is excellent to stay!

And I like the seafood market because it's close.

The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy

The breakfast was very good. Not buffet style, so always served hot.
The shower took 3-5 minutes to warm up because hotel uses solar energy

I didn't like the fact that i jot in the company credit card by they didn't debit it and mentioned it was for booking purposes only and had to pay CASH ON SITE. that was SUCH HASSLE. Lobby mentioned they just deducted 1 peso only. (sigh) IT WAS STRESSFUL AND SUCH A HASSLE. BAD SERVICE I DON'T KNOW IF ITS UNDER BOOKING.COM OR LENOX. PLEASE FIX IT.
