The location is quite. Small kitchen but functional.
The Bathroom Shower has no shower curtains. The splash of water is all over the floor.

I had a very pleasant stay at Apparteo Nancy. The studio was clean, functional, and well-equipped for a short stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and public transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the residence felt quiet and secure.
Overall, great value for money - I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing I missed was access to ironing facilities. As the reception was closed at both check-in and check-out, I didn’t have the opportunity to request this in advance.

Place is big and comfortable, much bigger and better than we were expecting. Good WiFi. Room and bedding were clean. Kitchenet has friedge, lttle stove, sink, some cookware and utensils. All appliances worked as they should. Thank you to the previous reviews, information about next door grocery store (E.Leclerc) 30 min free parking was really helpful. Parking lot is big and safe, entrance from the basement of hotel (could be open by the room key from rhe outside) and through the "garage" door (could be open the "garage" opener).
Nothing really to say. Yes, this is not Excelsior, but you are paying 10 times less and do not feel a pressure.
