I absolutely loved everything about the riad but most of all my highlight was theanagemt team and staff they were the kindest most accomadating people i have met in marrakech. The effort they put in to make me feel welcome and at home was astonishing
In all honesty i did not find one thing at fault the room was beautiful and clean i had the luxury of having the balcony room and it was so beautiful staff were all friendly and helpful and the upkeep of the riad was above standard

I appreciated that you got your own key to enter so you did not have to wait for someone to open the door for you! The rooms were beautiful too
Sometimes you could hear other guests walking outside the room, but it was not terrible by any means

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Gave good recommendations. The room was really comforting with well functioning air con. The breakfast was a mix of traditional and continental, which was very accommodating.
The pool could be better looked after.
Can get noisy as our room was close to the staircase so we were woken up by people going to the terrace for breakfast. Also breakfast menu could use some variety.

Rashida and Omar are the best hosts cant fault them. They went above and beyond to help us. The riad its self is nice but could do with some upkeep.
The matteress in our room was absolutely awful didnt get a good sleep throughout my stay. Need new mattresses and bed frames in the rooms.Wifi wasn't working at all so had no wifi. The riad is quite far out from the square. If you want something close to the square wouldn't recommend the riad.
