Location is just perfect. There is no way to get better place or view like that one in Okrug Gorniij.

1. Every evenining, the resturant food was made on open air grill. There is no pipe to get direction to the smoke, instead of our balcony what was above the grill. It can caused a very anoying time in the evening. 2. The WiFi connection is rubbish. There is no way to get connected if 2 or 3 quests are connect in the same time. 3. No kitchen appliences in the room. No glass, no plate no ect. 4. And the last one is our balcony has two windows. One of them is our bathroom rear window. But the other window belongs to the other quest room's bathroom. So yesterday I was about to hear when the neighbour went to have a spare time on the toilet.

Good location and good food.

Cleanliness is ver bad, ants in the room and the bathroom. One of beds was broken. Stuff wasn’t friendly except one lady. The waiter is very unpleasant (especially for families with small kids).

Big, tidy room, Beautiful, scenic view at the bay and sea. Huge balkony terrace. Sea is about 30m close to the house.

Location is a bit hard to reach, narrow and steep streets, but it is not their fault. There was no fridge in the apartman, only outside at the staircase, a huge, old and noisy fridge shared by 4 apartment users . Although in our room the noise cancellation was fine on the windows and doors, ( no street noise or dog barking came through ) but some machine noise came through the walls... probably an other fridge or air con from another room . We called the manager, but he couldn't solve the problem. This noise was random, but sometimes could be heard all night, so we had to use earplugs. Also The shower cabin was leaking, so after every shower water flow all over the bathroom.

Excellent beach just next to tge hotel (appartman) building. Super view to the sea. Chill at the morning. Calm area! Our friends had got some trouble with the pipes in the bathroom, and they have fixed it on the same day so it was OK. Accomodation is very family-friendly with huge terraces and balcons, and a good beach .

It was told in bookings.com, that we can have breakfast possibility here, but it wasn't supported. Wifi accessibility was poor.

We liked the location, the outdoor area and parking. It was cheap. Easy communication and quick answer through booking emails. Friendly host on site, and communication did ok thoug he didnt speak english. We liked that the aprtment had good air condotion

We did not like the the spider- and dust webs in the apertment. This could easyli be fixed. We did not like that the toilet was loose. There was no WiFi and we needed to go outdoor to get some 4G signal. Host on site did not speak english. Not cosy apertment but if you need a cheap place to sleep this is Ok.

The location is one of the best, with direct sight of the sea. It has its own, free beach which is not sandy, but full with rocks, so it's worth taking a pair of sea shoes, and a sunshade is also a good idea, as there's not much shadow there. Parking is fine, we always found a spot. There's a restaurant (Aequum) with medicre food and wines, which provides basic breakfast for 55 kunas (in 2021). It's fine for a few mornings, when you don't want to drive to the city (10 mins drive), just lazing around, but do not expect much.

The base of the shower is leaking (probably in every room because we had friends in other rooms who told us the same), hence there is a pond after every shower. There is no hairdrier, glass and fridge in the room - latter can be found on the corridor, and there's one dedicated part in it for each room (4 rooms in total). It was fine, there was enough space and it worked well.

Very nice location with sea view. There are a restaurant under the apartment with delicious food, the breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind. I recommend this place.

- very poor internet (wifi and 3g only outside) - very loud sound of cicadas right above your head on the terrace, first days it seems romantic, then too annoying - if you come without car you have to walk to the nearest shop about 15 minutes - There's not so much to do for younger children. No playgrounds or swimming pools around. Nearest playground is about 15-20 minutes walk up the hill.

Exceptional place to relax with awesome sea view from the balcony and great food. The host was very friendly and nice! I definitely recommend this place!

The beach was close. The A/C worked well. Big terrace with seaview.

We got room nr. 2 which is above the restaurant, the staff terrace, the next to the employee room so every night we heard when they pushed the chairs down there, and frequently slapped the doors and in the morning was annoying to wake up for the noise when they hit the Coffee holder to put New coffee in. We couldn't relax in that 4 nights. We were in a 2 weeks road trip and had much better rooms for this price. We tried the restaurant twice but just because the others were like 20 min walk. When we arrived through that narrow streets just parked down and said: "it should be here somewhere" because Maganic is written nowhere only the restaurant name. There was no reception, we found someone in the restaurant who showed us our room but did not get any info about the breakfast, cleaning so we had to ask after everything.

The kindness. Beautiful sea view. Restaurant is so close, the food and service is perfect. The water was so clean, the beach is 50m from the apartman.

We have to go home

We have visited second time Ivica’s place and it was amazing again. Very well equipped and really clean room with an amazing view to the sea from the balcony. There is a restaurant underneath the rooms that run by the family. We had there the best seafood dish ever accompanied by an excellent bottle of Croatian wine. The whole experience and the hospitality we received made our holiday magnificent. Thank you and see you next year.

Beach is very close.

The apartment was dirty. Dishes, kitchen cabinets and refridgerator have not been cleaned after previous guests. One of two electric hotplates for cooking was broken. Curtains on front door were broken. Shower and curtain were moldy. Inner air condition unit was very dusty and moldy.
