DESCRIPTION
Casa Macchi is in a fantastic location: close to the Central Station (where there are connections to all Milan airports) and the subway (yellow, red and green). And close to the longest shopping street in Europe: Corso Buenos Aires. The apartment is small but comfortable for four people. It is quiet and welcoming. It offers a kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine and wifi with fiber.
The main feature in addition to the modernity of the apartment is the excellent location, which allows you to easily reach not only the Central Station, but also the departure and arrival points of the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio.
It is very close to all the main subway lines (MM red, green and yellow).
It is easily reachable by car from the highway (Lambrate exit).
The neighborhood is very quiet a stone's throw from the center and the longest shopping street in Europe, Corso Buenos Aires, as well as being equipped with various kinds of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias.
For those with small children, the apartment is located near a children's park.

- Tourist tax : to be paid at the end of the trip € 6,30 per day per guest ( free children under 18 years) . Not due over 15 days.
- Not smoking.
- Do not bring pet
- The key loss will result in a charge of € 50
- Check-in from 13 pm onwards, but you can leave before your bagages after 11.30

E vicina alla via dello shopping più lunga d'Europa: Corso Buenos Aires. L'appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole per quattro persone. E' silenzioso e accogliente. Offre una cucina completa di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e wifi con fibra.
La caratteristica principale oltre alla modernità dell'appartamento è l'ottima posizione, che permette di raggiungere facilmente oltre che la Stazione Centrale, anche i luoghi di partenza e arrivo degli aeroporti di Linate, Malpensa e Orio al Serio.
Si trova vicinissimo a tutte le principali linee della metropolitana (MM rossa, verde e gialla).
E' facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto dall'autostrada (uscita Lambrate).
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo a due passi dal centro e dalla via dello shopping più lunga d'Europa, Corso Buenos Aires, oltre che essere fornito di negozi di vario genere, supermarket, farmacie, ristoranti, pub e pizzerie.
Per chi ha bambini piccoli l'appartamento è situato vicino un parco per bambini.

The property was an ideal location for the station and to get Milan and to the Monza Grand Prix. The accommodation was adequate for our needs. Good location for some local restaurants and breakfast cafe.

We enjoyed our 2days in Milan to kick off our trip. We had everything we needed and were thankful for A/C as our days in Milan were hot. The walking to Duomo and beyond was a bit far however there are plenty of other transport options. Thank you for Piergiorgio’s attentiveness during our stay.

The property was great and exactly as shown in the pictures. Having AC in the living room and bedroom was incredibly nice to have as it was very hot. Location to central station was also very helpful. Host was very kind and it was very easy to communicate with him.

First I’ll preface this review by acknowledging that my husband and I travel extensively, have stayed at numerous VRBOs both nationally and internationally, and have always been completely satisfied. Additionally, we’ve always given and received 100% “excellent” reviews.We do want to stress that one item mentioned in the property description was absolutely true, the fact that it is located quite convenient to the central train station as well as to the various metro stations nearby.Now, the reality. Online, Casa Macchia looked attractive to us because it appeared to offer the type of accommodations we’ve always come to expect of VRBO rentals. However that was not the case. We wish we could provide photos here to substantiate the reality.What was not true of the property was that the interior isn’t as pristine as shown online, and we were disappointed by several misleading factors. "Fish-eye lens" online photos are obviously old and deceiving. The place is very small, From an old filthy sofa with stains and cigarette burns, a very small bathroom with a slop sink, mold on the grout in the shower, deteriorating counter and shower floor, tape over one of the toilet flushers, to a very old, indented, uncomfortable bed with old linens, thin mattress and noisy neighbors, the hair dryer and coffee maker didn't work, it was a disappointment. Not up to par for the money. It needs an overhaul to justify pricing. If you're just looking for a place to crash, this would be fine.
