The appartment was outdated but clean, the staff was friendly. The price was also ok, but given all the disadvantages we happily upgraded to another accomodation which we arranged ourselves.

We have a small child (4,5y) and therefore we specifically looked for locations with a pool and an outdoor space to dine. On Booking 'outdoor space' is mentioned, but it's quite a joke, you have a table in the common area which is not easy accessible at all: we were on the second floor (no elevator), had to walk along the road on a very narrow sidewalk all the way to that common area. Imagine, with your plates, food and a 4-year old. What a joke. We practically felt lied to. The pool is outdated, and also we had the feeling it was open to more than just the people who rented an appartment. You have to be very creative to get the view shown on the photos on Booking. Moreover, the pool is on a 10 min walk from the building and at the end you have to take quite some steps. Also, the mattress of the bed was really bad.

It was a perfect location for our family. The rooms were cozy, view was incredible & everyone was super friendly. The restaurant opposite is absolutely amazing! People are so kind, it was exactly what we were looking for. We even played tennis in the morning heat ☺️

Very nice location, generous rooms with superb view. The shared facilities (pool, tennis court, terrace) were very good. Any questions could be cleared at short notice without complications.

The kitchen equipment was a bit basic, but that was no problem.

Great location - halfway through Firenze and Sienia. Great service - thank you Martina for everything! In addition, a well-equipped kitchen, barbecue available, ping-pong table, laundry, dryers in all rooms, and a great terrace (fantastic view) for eating meals.

It is not possible to order breakfast on-site. Standard sunbeds by the pool are not available.

The apartment was big clean and had all the facilitations you needed. On the property there are enough (private) places where you can enjoy the stunning view. The tennis court is perfect and the swimming pool is big including toilets and changing room. Martina is a great host ! The location is as perfec, you are near San giglimano or volterra / beach Pisa mountainbiking, wine tasting .. etc

The best summer holidays ever!!! Lots of activities in the neighborhood. Lots of worth seeing places, from small towns, villages to Firenze and Siena (just heart of Tuscany)....and Martina is the best host in the World.

We liked the very beautyful view from the terrasse. The swimming pool was big and clean. The appartment Was suitable for us and had what we needed. The surroundings were wonderful and the place is a good place, when you want to experience Toscany. Martina helped us finding places to taste wine, and told us where we could go to see the EM soccer final. She was always very helpful.

We would have liked to have a balcony, as some of the appartments had. If We wanted to eat outside We should Walk Down from the second floor out on the street and around the house to come to the shared outdoor area!

It is a wonderful, spacious and very well equipped appartment. The view from the terrace is amazing. The pool area is also very nice and clean.

Very enjoyable short stay at Le Case di San Vivaldo. Exceptionally helpful hosts, peaceful location close to many interesting sitest. Delicious organic products available to buy direct from the agriturismo was a bonus.

This place is like hidden paradise, we stayed there for almost a week and found everything we were looking for. Host Martina offered all facilities for our toddler from baby bed, baby bath, toys, swimming equipment and even bicycle and so on :) the energy in the apartment is very welcoming, it is not new for sure but very authentic and clean, terrace view is amazing, swimming pool is just next to apartment. Also we went to play tennis every morning by taking breathtaking walk, amazing views. There was only one restaurant next to apartment but it was more than enough, we had great experience there also, delicious food. In general if you want to feel like in Italian movie for a short time just come here :) we will stay here again for sure if we will visit Tuscany again :)

Most importantly, the managers Andrea and Martina are excellent hosts! We had a little accident on our way there (we hit a wild boar with a car) and Andrea helped me to get the car fixed so that we can safely use it there and get back home. They were always available, helpful, cheerful. They also have a small family production of olive oil and home made marmalades - awesome stuff :) Location is fantastic - a small village in the middle of a Tuscany wilderness - peaceful and quiet but at the same time just perfectly located right between the main Tuscany cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa. Swimming pool is also great, most of the time we had it all to ourselves, had a lot of fun there. Great place, we hope to come back!
