City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur Dubai

Cleaners and Staff were all friendly and approachable. Location is great with the Bur Juman mall easily accessible. Room was comfortable and clean Easy to move around with the metro nearby Great bar staff at the sky bar

The aircon wasn't responsive to temperature adjustments so it would get quite cold. The bath shower combo was a little precarious to get in and out of And the extraction fan in the toilet wasn't working But these didn't deter us from enjoying our stay

My room was excellent! It was big enough for me as a solo traveller. It was equipped with everything I needed including a mini fridge. There was no noise from surrounding rooms or any of the staff members, or from the busy street outside. I really appreciated the friendly staff members. I stayed for 8 nights and we became well acquainted. In the beginning I always requested additional 2 bottles of water and gradually, without asking, the cleaning staff always left much more bottles of water in my room. Staff members were quick to help and always assisted with a smile. I became friends with the lovely gentleman who sat at the door. Every morning we would have a lovely conversation about my itinerary for the day, and he would recommend activities and sites to see. Thanks to all staff members who were friendly, it did not feel like i was alone. The pool was exceptional as well. I appreciated the lifeguard on duty that always ensured i was safe, whether alone, or with other swimmers. Ladies' night at Sky Lounge was a great experience for me. I absolutely appreciated the location of the hotel. It is really close to ALL amenities! The convenience of Burjuman mall really helped during my stay. Here, I had ease of mind for dinner and all my shopping needs. Burjuman metro station is within walking distances that easily connects you to New and Old Dubai. I will 100% RETURN to City Season Towers Hotel. Thank you!

The only thing I did not like was the persistence of the Tour agent lady at the door. I inquired about recreational activities at an early stage of my holiday. She gave me brochures and said I should book with her. Her prices were incredibly expensive. I found much cheaper deals via Booking.com. For the rest of my stay, she continued to whatsapp me asking about my decision and whether I was booking with her. Towards the final days of my stay, she was no longer as friendly with me as in the beginning, since she realised I was not booking my activities with her

I LIKE ITS LOCATION AND IT ATMOSPHERE..TOO MUCH TENSION FREE AND TOO MUCH PEACEFULL.SAFF IS GOOD.SWIMMING POOL IS GOOD..CAFETERIA IS GOOD..ALSO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ALL THE THING I LIKE IT..EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.I WILL COME AGAIN.

Location of the property is good and option for food from outside allowed was good flexibility

Cleanliness of theb property, carpets were smelling bit weird, rooms were very small and by just adjusting the beds they charged extra which was not shown in the booking.com website. It was congested for family of 3 people and cost seems high for such property
