Questa è la nostra seconda casa e trascorriamo più tempo possibile. Ti invitiamo a godere di questa straordinaria casa unica e attendo con impazienza i tuoi viaggi di ritorno. Questa casa storica autentica ha un sacco di travi di quercia bianca esposte per massimizzare le viste spettacolari. Le bellissime montagne e il lago fanno da sfondo a un grande ponte con pergolato, posti a sedere all'aperto, sala da pranzo e grill tutto l'anno. Situato a 65 miglia da Nashville, rende la location e la cabina un connubio perfetto.
L'interno della cabina dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, un concetto di cucina / soggiorno aperto, accogliente caminetto con una finestra panoramica mostro per ammirare la splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Puoi avere il meglio di entrambi i mondi con tutti i comfort di casa e un'alba e tramonti spettacolari sul lago, a breve distanza da Nashville.
La cabina ha belle caratteristiche moderne tra cui una cucina moderna e wi-fi / via cavo / smart tv attraverso la casa. La sala da pranzo è allestita nella bellissima veranda, che ha una vista incredibile e un tavolo fatto a mano su misura che può ospitare 14.
La piscina della comunità, la palestra e il padiglione sono anche disponibili per il vostro divertimento e si trova a pochi minuti dalla cabina. Hidden Harbour Marina è a soli 10 minuti in auto e ti dà accesso a tutte le attività del lago tra cui pesca, pontone, corridori onda e houseboat disponibili tutto l'anno per il noleggio giornaliero.

La cabina Almost Heaven è stata costruita al di fuori dell'area di Pittsburgh, in Pennsylvania, nei monti Allegheny. I tronchi sono di fitta quercia bianca americana, che era il legname preferito per la sua resistenza, durata e dimensioni. L'utilizzo del metodo di costruzione congiunto indica che fu costruito nel 1820. La cabina è stata taggata e trasferita a Centre Hill Lake Tennessee.
Un nuovo seminterrato di calcestruzzo è stato costruito secondo le specifiche esatte della cabina. Il piano interrato è costruito con spessi strati esterni di isolamento rigido e un tondo per cemento armato e cemento interno. I log sono stati ricostruiti utilizzando una società specializzata nel restauro di cabine, le stesse persone che lo hanno smantellato. Il tetto è costruito con pannelli pesanti e ci sono finestre con doppi vetri in tutta la casa.

The view was awesome. The back deck was cozy. Property nicely decorated for Christmas. Owners were friendly and very helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you book this property.

The property was awesome. Very relaxing and peaceful. The view speaks for itself. Dennis made the check-in and stay very easy and enjoyable. The drive to a variety of restaurants, shops, and parks was very reasonable and manageable. The marina restaurant closed for the season just as we got there. That's the only negative experience of the entire trip. Highly recommend the stay and would certainly enjoy a return trip.

Almost Heaven was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice! From the minute you drive up and see the old 1820s cabin sitting nestled in the trees with glimpses of the lake behind it, to the huge picture window overlooking the beautiful back deck and lake views. It was the perfect location for our family to get together for my dads 70th birthday! We really enjoyed early mornings on the back deck drinking coffee, listening to the birds and watching the sunrise!
The cabin inside was very unique! Rustic yet upgraded and easy to be comfortable in. The owner, Dennis, was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of from booking, check-in and to check-out! We definitely plan to be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by how big and beautiful the cabin was. The photos were nice but they don't do it justice. The view was breathtaking! I did not want to leave the cabin for meals because it was so perfect. We got a few groceries and had everything we needed for an amazing and relaxing week. The host was wonderful and we hope to return in the future. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us! We feel blessed and refreshed!

My family (2 adults; 2 kids) had the best time vacationing at this property! The home is unique with all the modern conveniences (including sufficient WiFi, which can be a challenge in this area). The view over the mountains and water is absolutely incredible - perhaps one of the best we’ve ever seen! Starting and ending the day on the deck was one of the best parts of the vacation.
Lots of options of things to do in the local area - renting boats for the day, swimming in the community pool, hiking, and horseback riding. You’re also a 1.5 hour drive from Nashville.
And, I cannot say enough good thing about the hosts. They are thoughtful and generous and gave us an incredible experience. We can’t wait to go back!

An incredible property with views that go on forever!! Lots to do and super hosts. You won't go wrong here whether you want to sit on the deck and relax or go exploring one of the many state parks in the area! Book soon as it does fill up quickly in the summer!!

We had a wonderful time. Starting our mornings on the beautiful deck with coffee, hiking to amazing waterfalls, boating, fishing, or just exploring during the day, then returning home for a beautiful sunset dinner.

This property is highly recommended!!! The views, peace and quiet, and uniqueness of this house are just fabulous. We enjoyed our stay here so much and hope to return in the future. The owner/host was the best, great communication and available for any questions by phone or text at anytime, also made great suggestions on local restaurants, The Twisted Oak and the Mexican restaurant next to Walmart were both excellent. We enjoyed our short day trips to local state parks with spectacular waterfalls. Fall Creek Falls was our favorite and the drive there is beautiful. We also had a great day trip to Nashville, only 1 1/2 hour drive away. But the best part of this trip is spending time relaxing on the deck and watching sunrises from the awesome large living room window. The views of the surrounding mountains and Center Hill Lake are really beautiful and the gas firepit was great at night. The house itself is so unique, a 200 year old log cabin with all modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, there were even complimentary drinks in the fridge which after a long trip is a very nice touch. There's a great record collection along with some cd's that we really enjoyed listening to on a very cool record player. We also enjoyed the Sonos bluetooth speaker. My wife and I hope to vacation here again one day, it really is an awesome place in a special area.

Super cute cabin with a great view. Tons of humming birds. Quiet location. Lots of amenities. The home owners thought of everything. Lots of spices, cookware, utensils. Loved the lighting they added to the historic cabin. Runners on stairs (lots of Florida houses don’t think of this!). Nice place for reading, playing cards or just watching nature.

The view is special. Like when you see a scenic view sign along the highway special. The Cabin is special. 200 year old logs and beams. A very warm and comfortable home. It is obvious that the owners try hard. Great people to rent from, Thanks from the whole family.

This cabin is named Almost Heaven and it really is! The view is breathtaking and the cabin is amazing! Dennis, the owner, was so responsive and attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to this treasure!

Our extended family had a great time at Dennis's cabin. The views from the deck as well as the deck itself were amazing. Dennis was a fantastic host and very responsive to our questions. Our kids really love the community pool in Blue Water Bay that is accessible with this property.

Almost Heaven is a unique place to stay with the cabin being built in the 1820’s and the view is beyond words. It has great updates so you have modern amenities. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful long weekend. Dennis was great to work with and was available for anything you needed. I would Highly recommend staying at this cabin. I have had people asking for information on renting because of pictures I posted during our stay. Again, the cabin has everything you need and you will not be able to get enough of the view.

We had a wonderful weekend at Dennis's historic log cabin. The view is incredible and the deck is perfectly appointed to enjoy it. Even if the weather doesn't support being outside, the amazing picture window lets you enjoy it from inside. It is well appointed for 3 couples with plenty of space for everyone, both shared and not. The kitchen has everything you need as well as both charcoal and gas grills. We had the best time and look forward to a repeat stay in the future.
