Possibility to check in during late hours.
Sounds from another room through hole in the wall in the bathroom.

It's quiet and very clean (except for dirty frying pan and sponge and some old piles of dust under the bed). Clean towels en bedsheets. Stylish spacious kitchen well equipped (except coffee maker). The shower is very nice. Good for 1 night. We were happy we were the only ones. Safe parking behind locked gates. Check in and check out easy. Pretty comfortable beds, we slept well. Not too dusty.
Expensive for shared facilities hostel style sleeping. The welcome was ok but not super friendly. Maybe add a few more sponges for washing dishes, someone made this one extremely dirty with grease.
