Everyone at the reception had such a big smile, and they were also very welcoming!
The room has beautiful views, and you can see the sunrise, which was incredible.
They also have an onsen that I was not aware of, but I loved it, so relaxing.
Breakfast was very complete and not instant coffee like everywhere else.
Balcony was too close to the one next to it, you can jump from one to another.

This was just an overnight stay before taking the Nagi 2 day cruise on the Mekong to Luang Prabang. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded our rooms for us (at a reasonable cost) and were incredibly pleasant and helpful. We had a swim in the pool, went for a walk along the river boardwalk and had a pleasant dinner in the hotel.
Nagi Cruises picked us up at the hotel after an early breakfast (included) and all went seamlessly. I would recommend this hotel if taking one of the Mekong cruises rather than try to get to Chiang Khong early morning from Chiang Rai.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. It felt really luxurious. The room was spacious and comfortable and super clean. The view of the river is gorgeous and the overall vibe is very nice and relaxed. Good variety at breakfast and tasty. The staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Only reason I knocked off a point is that the pool and onsen could have been cleaner. The pool had a lot of algae.

The location is good. This is a very basic place. Clean enough but zero counterspace or places (except a small nightstand) to put any of your toiletries or clothes except on hangers There are no screens on windows/shutter doors, so mosquitos can (and some did) get in so we had to hang our sarongs from the shutter doors out to the terrace. The terrace is community, so you would not leave your doors open anyway since anyone can walk down the hall to your room.

A tranquil oasis with very welcoming staff. Loved the riverfront room with an amazing view over the Mekong. Lovely pool and breakfast area.
Nothing particularly. The standard of cleanliness could be a bit higher as there was some dust and cobwebs. The bathroom could also do with a re-vamp. Nothing that stopped my enjoyment, however.

The bed was SO comfortable and it was a beautiful setting on the Mekong looking over towards Laos great sunset over the pool from the terrace
The bedroom was right by the lift, the noise affected our peace and I didn’t think it was necessary to put us there given the hotel didn’t seem full. A shame

Last minute booking at a hotel we have stayed at before. This time we had a river facing room with a hot tub, great and better for us than the bungalows

Lovely location, nice pool, nice restaurant overlooking the river.
The room was noisy, there was no sound proofing whatsoever. You could here the guests from the next room, as though they were in the same room. You could hear snoring and the toilet noise. We could even hear every word spoken by someone calling on a telephone conversation. Very unsatisfactory.

Got a last minute deal which made it great value. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy room, with a ovely view across to Laos, plenty of breakfast choices. And the onsen was a real treat. Highly recommend

Locatie, bungalow met prachtig uitzicht over de Mekong rivier en het zwembad.
Personeel was nors en dat zijn we in Thailand helemaal niet gewend. De service bij het zwembad ontbrak. In onze bungalow werkte de safe deposit niet en kon niet gerepareerd worden, wat vervelend was. De badkamer is heel erg klein.

Отличный отель за разумные деньги. Проживал в бунгало. Территория ухоженная. Завтрак выше всяких похвал, большой выбор блюд. Великолепный бассейн с потрясающим видом на Меконг. Помогли со slow boat в Лаос. Рекомендую.
Велосипеды (обычные) все сломаны. Надо поправить! Вдоль набережной хорошая велодорожка.

Good location and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The lady and check in was personable and helpful. I went back later to ask a question about a nearby tourist site and the person at the counter was not helpful.

The location was in a quiet stretch of the town. All within easy walking distance for our needs.

Warm and friendly staff. The manager actually had spent a fair number of years in the UK, and by the looks of things : with excellent training.

Felt like a bit of luxury before taking the slow boat to Laos. Great facilities, comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but these looked nice.
Enjoyed the bath tub on the balcony and the view of the Mekong.
Lovely varied and plentiful breakfast.
Only suggested improvements would be more choice of cereals and some herbal teas provided at breakfast but this is just our personal taste.
