The owners are so friendly
The breakfast is delicious and big
The location is great, so closed to the beach
The garden is nice, with a lot of birds
The wifi is good
The price is low
The room is really old, the bathroom too with a lot of insects. The bed wasn't confortable.

The location was really nice, 5 min walk to beautiful beach and near main road and road with nice shops and cafés. The people of the guesthouse were very nice and helpfull. They sell nice fruit and make very tasty breakfast and dinner (but not fresh/hot). There is a very nice garden with plants, trees, a cow and sometimes monkeys.
When we got there, our room was still booked by other people. We could go to a neighbour's hotelroom, which was nice and clean, but not what we had expected. We would like it if we knew this in advance. The next night we could stay in our booked room, but there was a DEAD RAT in the bathroom. The owners were not impressed, but removed it. They said there was a rat because there is no ceiling in the bathroom, just a roof. Furthermore, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very small for two persons (when you are not a couple) and pretty uncomfortable.
The place is cheap but dirty. I guess it suits some people very well, others less.
