Pristine Modern Getaway
Questo moderno bungalow recentemente aggiornato è perfetto per una vacanza spensierata a Stinson. Con un cortile soleggiato e una splendida vista sull'oceano attraverso un boschetto di eucalipti, questa semplice proprietà è facile e divertente. L'open space per la zona soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina dà una bella sensazione di spazio, e gli arredi eleganti e moderni sono freschi e confortevoli. Il ponte che si affaccia sull'oceano si trova direttamente sopra una riserva di cinque acri a forma di foresta di farfalle monarca, e durante certi periodi dell'anno avrete visitatori colorati che volano vicino. Questo bungalow è incontaminato. Nota: c'è una ripida scalinata dalla strada fino alla casa. NO TV. Stufa a legna, riscaldamento centrale, barbecue a carbonella. Cani di piccola taglia (meno di 30 sterline) ammessi. Affittuari che portano animali domestici: Supplemento per animali domestici per ogni animale domestico: $ 25 a notte per $ 150 a settimana per soggiorni più lunghi, spese di pulizia extra di $ 50, deposito di sicurezza di $ 500. Very nice property with a beautiful view of a forest and the the ocean. Close to the beach and has a good kitchen. There is a steep climb up the stair to the street.

Inside was clean and photos are accurate. Outside deck and patios are not maintained, nor is the yard which was overgrown to the degree that it was inaccessible. The grill and beer table are in poor condition and garden off the deck is not maintained. Outdoor bean bag chairs were dirty and unusable. There was no charcoal present for the grill or usable wood and kindling for the wood stove (as is pictured). Overhead light bulbs were missing in the kitchen, so there’s inadequate light for cooking in the evening. Kitchen utensils are in poor condition. There was no pepper or oil present, nor a baking sheet. Lights in the bathroom and sink are just bare bulbs, and not very pleasant. Bathroom is dated, but jetted tub was a nice surprise. Pink mildew along the bottom of the shower curtain. As others have noted, towels are well used, and freezer was almost unusable as it needs to be defrosted. All of the above could be easily addressed to improve the quality of the property and a visitor’s stay, otherwise, I would not stay again. Location is good, near grocery, short walk to beach and the Parkside (highly recommended).
