Staying in a tree house was fantastic! I got F since it was the only thing open to me looking only 1 month in advance ( my mistake) And it was huge! Deck was overlooking the entire area and beach. Location was perfect for checking out the west and eastern side of the most southern tip of the izu peninsula. The snorkeling in the area such as Ebisu island and hirizo beach are both of astounding quality. Yes this area can be tricky to navigate if like me you did not rent a car but even so; the busses run frequently and reliably. The owner jun was one of the most trusting, humble, genuinely nice people ive ever met in my life, as soon as i arrived he could tell i was beat from backpacking. He asked if i had ate and offered to drive me to the grocery store later that same evening. He let me use his bikes whenever i needed. He at one point even offered to let my use his car!! An absolutely astounding level of trust and consideration! Ive never stayed anywhere in my life that made me feel so cared for. On the last day of my trip he even offered to take me to the station for my train saving me about an hour of bus time. Aside from all of that amazing care and accommodation; getting into the logistics of things coming from a backpacker like me; your family will have everything it needs just be sure to rent a car to get around. If you are backpacking like me you need to understand while yes you can take the busses; that will take the entire day. I severely underestimated the bike ride to hirizo beach. Although amazing, safe, and beautiful; i dont think i would like to ride 9 miles in total 55% uphill on a 6 speed bike anytime soon again. If you need to rent gear or book a tour for diving go with suzaki diving center! top tier service, accommodation and great english! Most of the tour places wont rent gear separate from a tour, this place not only let me rent a full set 2 hours before closing up shop but the owner even drove me back to my room! amazing region or people!

What an amazing place to stay! The location, the staff, the rooms, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for accomodation in the area. One of the best stays we had in Japan!

Esperienza stupenda! Partiamo dall'inizio: il personale è super gentile e accogliente ancora prima di arrivare a destinazione ci avevano già dato tutte le informazioni che potevamo desiderare. All'arrivo ci hanno accolti portandoci le valigie alla stanza. Ci hanno mostrato funzionalità e servizi a disposizione. La stanza/ appartamento è stupendo, enorme e super divertente per i bambini. Ci sembrava di essere in mezzo alla foresta. Il relax è assicurato. Siccome siamo andati in un periodo in cui due tifoni attraversavano il Giappone, sia stati costretti a rimanere un giorno in appartamento per sicurezza. Ci hanno notificato personalmente della raccomandazione e ci hanno offerto dei giochi per i bimbi visto che stando un giorno in casa potevano annoiarsi. La sera abbiamo visto la spiaggia...bellissima ma consigliano di andarci in Agosto ( non durante la stagione delle piogge). Il giorno del check out ci hanno offerto di fare il check out tardivo per l'inconveniente del giorno prima. Questa è un'esperienza che mi piacerebbe rifare.

Nulla, è vero che per fare spesa bisogna spostarsi ma ne vale la pena per girare la zona.

Beautiful interior and nicely integrated in the trees. Interior is clean and stylish. Just like we remembered it from last time.

You get a throwaway sheet to cover your pillow. I interpret this as pillow cases are not being washed. This was not the case last time we stayed.
