L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico del 1600 recentemente ristrutturato, con ascensore, ubicato in una via caratteristica e silenziosa perché chiusa al traffico. È composto da un soggiorno con cucina completa a vista e un confortevole divano letto a due posti, una camera da letto matrimoniale, uno studio con computer, un corridoio con un capiente armadio, un ripostiglio, un elegante bagno con doccia. La vista e' su un pregevole cortile interno. Il prezzo include il consumo di acqua, gas , elettricita', telefonate locali e internet wifi, lenzuola, asciugamani e pulizie finali Non sono ammessi animali

Amazing location near many sites, bars, restaurants, and shopping. Well equipped and Valentino was amazing.

We lived our stay in Rome! Perfect location; view of forum area from entrance of the building. Valentino was an excellent host! Great communication; friendly; professional and provided a really nice orientation when we checked in for our stay. Also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We LOVED the location; gas stove; washer; shower; a/c; elevator for luggage was also really nice for check in/out; etc…. It was very easy to navigate all around central Rome; very walkable to metro; grocery options; restaurants and the main historical sites. Highly recommended for a first stay in Rome or someone very familiar with the area. I loved getting up early for runs in the historical area; along the Tiber River front; St Peter’s Square; the “Aracoeli steps” are a great way to finish an early morning workout! Hope to return again and stay longer!

The location of this apartment is a home as it is in the middle of the historic city center of Rome. The Forum is practically at the doorstep. The Coleseum and Metro are very short walks away. The host, Valentino is a gentleman. He communicated very well with us both prior to and during the stay. He met us at the apartment and even helped with luggage! Valentino gave us a great overview of the neighborhood and even provided a detailed hand drawn map.There are two dogs living in the apartment overhead and their barks were heard morning and night. Because we had to keep the windows open to stay cool we could hear neighbor's conversations and TV's. For us noise pollution was an issue but nothing the owner can do anything about. The apartment has a casual lived in look.
