Everything at this hotel ran smoothly, from check-in to doing laundry. They thought of everything and we felt really comfortable in the modern room. Even breakfast croissants were offered free of charge. You could borrow a hair straightener and even nail clippers. The amenities were fantastic!
It is really hard to find something to dislike about this hotel. Maybe I wish we stayed closer to the onsen that was in the main building.

Good location, near to station.
The hotel room is very small. The breakfast is not good, very few choice. The spa is small. The check out time is 10:00.
