The apartment was recently renovated and smartly furnished, it offers three bedrooms, two doubles and a triple one, two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, a modern kitchen and a big living room with a day bed and a tv.
In the apartment there is an air conditioning system and a WI-FI connection.
There is also the possibility to add other beds and sleep in ten people!

We had the most amazing experience, from the minute we entered the Home. We were struck with its uniqueness and the absolutely beautiful views. we were also surprised by how well equipped the property was. The coffee maker with coffee and cream left for us and the delicious apricot torte, host was definitely the host with the most!!

Clean, beautiful and well taken care of in the heart of the town. We stayed 3 days but probably could have gotten away with 2.The only negatives I have are negatives of Europe in general as an American, and not of the property itself. There is air conditioning but it’s still fairly warm if you’re used to 70 degrees.Host left breakfast, juice, water and a bottle of wine which was lovely.The sun beams in the afternoon hours in the summer, but it’s still great

We are a family of 5 that spent 2 weeks traveling through Italy and Switzerland ending our vacation in Lake Como/Bellagio.
What we loved: the location and size of this apartment were fantastic. Right across from the ferry and close to restaurants and shops. Very safe area and felt very comfortable having our 19/14 year old daughters explore on their own.
What we didn’t like: air conditioning was lacking. Family room had no air conditioning and the master bedroom barely worked. The other 2 bedrooms worked perfectly.
Amenities were lacking. All the other air B&Bs or VRBOs included coffee and other items. This did not.
Communication- was lacking. Was given the address but no instructions on what to do upon arrival. You have to walk up the steps on the left side of the building (about 20 steps)and then enter through the metal gate on right. Main door is on the backside of the building. Apartment is on top floor.
Overall I would rate a 3.5 based on location/Views and size
