Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a group of 6, great location for us attending a charity trek. 1 minute walk to a lovely pub for a meal, nice hot tub too in a large garden.

Space. Garden space, location, local pub very good
Rules on hot tub not required and rules all over house about pots. Seems to take edge off a service.
Not the cleanest, dust etc..
lack of extra towels or robes for the tub and bath mat upstairs and no hand towels or hair towels.. would normally gain in other places.
