This is a beautiful, comfortable house. We went along with our adult kids and grandchildren. The two lounges and downstairs annex bedroom area helped to ensure there was space and a bit of peace when needed.
Fully equipped kitchen and everything we needed to cook for a large group.
The garden and hottub were just fabulous. Lots of space and places to sit, play and relax. We will book again next year!
This is a great base for days out to the coast, putting green, local pub (amazing sunday roast), water park etc.
Some of the decor is a little tired eg: lounge curtains coming off the rail, old sticky tape needs scraping from the annex toilet floor. However, this didn't impact our break.

ideal location for us for the NY water park and Scarborough, Spacious property and comfortable beds.
Electric kept tripping first day but we sorted it. Toilet seat in downstairs bathroom broken.

Our stay was amazing, the house had everything we wanted for our big gathering. The location was brilliant and close to areas we wanted to visit. The house was clean, modern and exceptional for the price we paid. I have not got a bad thing to say about this property

Nothing to dislike
The hot tub area was slippery and there could have done with a light near the step from the parking area
