Nice and warm and very clean
The outside waste bins were perhaps a little too close to the property

Close to Penzance (a plus), but situated within a holiday park, which was a big drawback for us. The beds were reasonable comfortable and the bedrooms a good size, with enough drawers and wardrobe space (not necessarily a given!). There was a bath, which is a major benefit - just what one wants after a day's walking.
No toilet rolls were provided, so when we arrived - late at night - we had to immediately go out to try to buy loo rolls - not ideal! The bin did not work properly (lid get getting stuck) and there were lots of large spiders running around the sitting room (which we didn't mind) and slugs (which we did mind). The fire is a fake fire and not a proper wood-burner.
