Beautiful surroundings and pool and the value for money

Location was excellent for the unesco world heritage river landscape. Price was low and quality was high. Pool was nice on a hot day! Breakfast is included and was sufficient. Bedroom super clean and very well appointed.
Mud and ruts on the roads outside the property (not their fault) gardens of the property showed signs of flooding

It’s all pretty good. Out of the way a bit which is good.
The final bit of road to get there is very pot holed. Pool could do with a shade cover, a common issue.

The pool and the location
You have to choose one option of the breakfast, you can't repeat it and choose others. The cleanliness of the rooms is not up to the standard in Vietnam. We have been traveling around the country for a month and have never seen such dirty showers and bathrooms anywhere.
