It seems this hotel is more on the affordable premium side, which was such a nice surprise. We arrived quite late but the staff was so helpful, from telling us where the nearest and safest entertainment was, to extra blankets in our room. It's right across a mall which was so convenient.

On Friday, I was allocated Room 120, which had a damp carpet and a strong damp smell. I was unable to have a peaceful night’s rest and found it difficult to breathe comfortably due to the smell.
On Saturday, I reported the issue to the staff, and they were helpful in moving me to another room. I was very pleased with the second room, and my experience improved significantly after the room change.
I appreciate the staff for responding to my concern and assisting with the room change. However, I would recommend that the hotel check Room 120 and address the dampness and carpet issue to ensure that future guests have a comfortable stay.
