Although the rooms were clean and updated, the mattresses could have been more comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a box spring more than a mattress

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Contila with two families and were very happy with our experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to the young lady who works the afternoon shift and is a recent college graduate, as well as the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings (I believe his name may be Nicola, though I apologize if I have that wrong). They both took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was nice, and the lady serving breakfast went the extra mile to confirm the allergens in the cakes and pastries for my daughter, as she has severe allergies to nuts and sesame seeds. The lady did not speak English, so she asked the front desk staff to translate. She then went a step further and brought out the box from the bakery, which had all the ingredients clearly listed. We really appreciated her care and attention to detail. We also especially appreciated the convenient storage room and the overall hospitality. The entire team was always helpful and accommodating, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioning was not as effective as we would have liked, which is why I’m giving the hotel 9/10. Overall, we had a great experience and would strongly recommend Hotel Contila to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us!

The AC in the room was not as effective as we would have liked.

The stay was very good - lovely clean new room with easy access - lovely friendly helpful staff - great location to transport and attractions- would stay again. Plenty of options for breakfast.

The bed was too hard for me but that's a personal preference.

La posizione. L’hotel si trova a due passi dalla stazione Termini e dalla Metropolitana. Lo staff della reception molto cordiale. Buone le brioches, fresche.

Camera da due adattata a tre persone attaccando il letto matrimoniale al muro costringendo uno dei due occupanti a saltare giù dal letto dalla parte frontale. Staff della sala colazione poco educato e brusco nei modi.
