The furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The dining room staff were unfortunately far from service-oriented and did not provide the level of hospitality one would expect. The housekeeping staff also seemed poorly trained, and the standard of room cleaning was well below expectations.

Two receptions member were amazing: Flavia & Mariarosaria. A very high potential for the next level Location, quietness, relaxing

Some of the dinning members need to be trained on how to be more customer oriented. Only one restaurant was open during my stay. Gym needs to be more equipped

Would be great if there were more options for snacks in the pool cafeteria. Other than that nothing !

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best time at the resort and actually cut short our stay. Positives: the staff are very competent, well trained and helpful. The resort wasn’t great and didn’t offer much to the non-golfer. One of the outside swimming pools was cordoned off as there was no life guard, there are no walks from the hotel in the grounds as one is forbidden to walk anywhere because of the golf course and the golf course wasn’t great because it had a peculiar layout, was in reasonable condition. Some greens were extraordinarily wet for no apparent reason and the first nine holes are very compact and were particularly hazardous as golf balls were flying everywhere. The food in the main restaurant was good but the menu didn’t change at all so there was limited choice. The one night we ate in the Osteria on site, we weren’t impressed by the food at all. The pizzas, however, were good. We ended up cutting short our stay by one night. The hotel was geared towards business clients rather than leisure clients.
