Personal überfordert, nicht auskunftfreudig, Zimmer: Flecken im Teppichboden, Badezimmer sehr sehr alt und nicht bequem, keine gute Aussicht, keine frische Luft, Klimaanlage funktioniert gar nicht, Hotel versteckt und schlecht Beschildert

Eigenlijk op alle facetten wel zaken aan te merken. Ik zit Gemiddeld twee nachten per week in hotels naar dit was echt een van de slechtere ervaringen

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett echt gemütlich. Besonders Gästefreundlich war, dass die Frühstückszeiten aufgrund des Tomorrowland Festivals deutlich verlängert wurden. Somit musste man sich nicht all zu früh aus dem Bett quälen und konnte trotzdem gemütlich frühstücken. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut.

Toilettenpapier und Toilettenpapierhalterung waren nicht vorhanden. Habe das Toilettenpapier dann aber in einer Schublade im Badezimmer gefunden.

Good location for a short stay! Tram stop just 5 min away, staff very helpful, luggage storage without any extra costs, possibility for a late check out and they were able to accommodate my initial room requests!

Rooms were cleaned but dusty, especially on the side of the chairs and other furniture. We barely used them since we were mostly out or in bed but it would have been nice to have the option to sit in a clean chair. Tip for the housekeeping manager’s to inspect the sides of the chairs and other furniture also cause this can be a place where bloodsuckers might breed! Also it wasn’t possible to open the windows for fresh air, you have aircon but would have been nice to have that option! Important to note that these details didn’t hinder our stay! We had a lovely time!

Quite a nicely decorated room, nice shower, good parking area, well reachable from the ring of antwerp.

Quite some dust in cabinets, on window sills, wall in bathroom was not entirely clean, the upgrade to nicer room was just to get a updated room, normal rooms are the same size.

Reception stuff did not prepare invoice twice. We stayed two nights, but different reservations. I left data for invoice and asked to prepare it for check out, However twice it was not ready and we spent additional 15 minutes on reception waiting and providing data again

There is Free parking options in 5 mins walk.

Hotel is not in the city centre but there is tram.

Basic needs were met, good room size. For what we paid I don't thing the quality was that good.

The room was just beautiful, so comfortable and spacious and it was so handy having the kitchen there too. Loved the coffee machine! The complimentary products were lovely and the staff so friendly and very helpful.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast :( It was so crowded in there and the space to get to the food was so small and cramped. There was a huge long line to get to the food too. However, there was a lovely variety of foods and the quality was good, I just really didn't enjoy the experience at all unfortunately.

Breakfast was good, quality of food was above average. The unfortunate part was the "juice" selection. I tried both multivitamin and orange options, both were watered down to a level where it was just a colored water with a hint of flavour.

I have only one complain about the stay - for whatever reason the wifi coverage in the room was insufficient, and my phone was often loosing the connection.

Great location an friendly, efficient staff, good bistro, great help for finding a parking place for my van.

technical problems with the infrastructure in the room - some electricity soclets broken , others not properly fixed any longer, sanitary discharge problematic and I missed my coffee in the morning because the water boiler didn't function

Breakfast was good, modern reception, clean, tram stop close by.

Room temperature was an absolute nightmare, outside temperature of 15 degrees but still not able to get a fresh / acceptable sleeping temperature in the room. Shower temperature was inconsistent, so either freezing or burning at times. Some parts were outdated. Entrance was not very well indicated from the road.

room was dirty, had to change rooms, still charged full price. no help at check in no replenishment of Nespresso I asked for more water to room and told I had to buy a bottle for 5 EUR didn't think anything was clean poor gym No email of my receipt, no print out of receipt for me to check charges, just told me the charges and asked to pay
